expandance - PRIVATE CLASS - Feb 12

Want to feel happier, looser, and more present in the world? Come join us for expandance! We’ll do breathing exercises, stretching, guided and independent movement, mindfulness, relaxation, and some art, writing, and sharing to your comfort level. You don’t need any prior dance experience. Let’s listen to, love, and feel at home in our bodies together.

Monday evening February expandance bookings are private, in-person classes only. You can either book in for a private 1 hour session for yourself, or book the hour and bring up to 5 friends for a small group class. All bookings are non-refundable once paid for, but ARE transferable to another person. 

Please bring a blanket or small cushion
