• 1 group (that’s you and me and up to 9 others) • 3 sessions over 3 weeks: Sept 13, 20, 27 • 1 of a kind experience dedicated to your creativity. We’ll meet each week for one hour. We’ll breathe, we’ll move, we’ll create space in ourselves for our own wisdom and creativity to flow through us.

For these classes you will need:
• A little space to move, preferably in a quiet or private space
• Something to write / draw with (I use oil pastels and a drawing pad, but you can use anything from a sharpie and post-it to a journal to a 12 foot tall canvas!)
• Clothes that don't impede movement
• A zoom account, if you don't already have one
