About the event
We're excited to bring you the first series of *IN PERSON* expandance classes since the pandemic!
In person expandance brings you all you love about expandance -
- tuning in to your body in a deeper way
- breathwork
- easy to follow warm-ups
- gorgeous music
- structured exercises to allow for more of a safe-feeling container while you explore your inner landscape
- finding new ways of moving
- permission to bring your inner creative force out into the world
- art! writing! sharing (if you like)!

- the possibility of group and partner exercises
- cultivating community and making friends
- all supplies being provided
- human interaction! no screens! sunlight!

Wear: something comfy you can move in, plus an extra layer for staying warm in Savasana. We will move in bare feet or socks (your choice)
